Fixed Timezone Conversion
On some pages, the incorrect timezone offset was being applied, resulting in incorrect conversions for some timezones. All timezones should be working correctly now.

New Feature: Advanced ADP Report

Fixed Bugs - Contact Us, Draft Connection Error
Some emails to technical support were getting caught in our spam filter. This has been resolved. Some draft connection errors were occurring on Jan 23 & 24 due to a full disk drive. This has also been resolved.

Revamped Coach Karma
The coach karma system has been overhauled. We can't give all the details, but it will now do a much better job of rewarding good behavior and penalizing bad behavior. We've also removed the cap on coach karma, so the sky's the limit.
